Good news! 

After many years of our customers asking for cakes we're happy to announce we'll trialing our cakes for the first time ever and just in time for Father's Day! 

This weekend you can pre-order and pick-up one of our Mango Chiffon Cakes that can be picked-up in Mississauga or North York. 

Each cake contains the following: 
- 6 inch round cake (feeds up to 16 people)
- Fresh Mango, vanilla bean whipped cream, vanilla bean chiffon cake, thyme garnish, and glaze. 

Pre-Order before Friday, June 19th at 2pm. 

Allergy Notes: 
- Produced in a shared kitchen. Contains wheat, gluten, dairy, lactose, eggs, soy. May contain nuts. Glaze contains beef gelatin. Can be replaced with apricot glaze or no finish at all. 

If you would like an apricot glaze/ no finish please email us at info@oventheory.com with your order # in the subject line. 

All of our cakes are good for 2-3 days in the fridge.

Unlike our cupcakes, these cakes are made with a stablized whipped cream. Meaning they are more sensitive to warm temperatures.

After pick-up please store in a fridge as soon as possible.

Can be served immediately after taken out of the fridge.
