HELLO!

Welcome to Oven Theory! If you're new here or have been following us for some time, we hope our desserts will exceed your expectations.

Having grown up in a Korean-Canadian household, I've noticed a lack in desserts that represented flavors that I grew up with. Loving both Canadian and Korean desserts, I wanted to show my take on a very nostalgic indulgence with my own twist. With over 9+ years in working in different disciplines of bakeries, cafes, restaurants, resorts, and hotels, I'm confident that these cupcakes will bring the wow factor in your next get together.

Oven Theory is a pop-up bakery in Mississauga that specializes in Asian-inspired desserts  that are light, fluffy, and not too sweet. Departed from the traditional overly-rich counterparts, there is a delicate focus to uphold the subtle sweetness often inherited in Asian baking. Our mission is to create premium cupcakes that are perfect for sharing, allowing opportunities for people to come together and celebrate many of life's achievements and celebrations.

We hope that our desserts will bring a smile to your face!

2026 we're aiming to start fundraising for our very first store. I hope you'll be able to be part of our journey and help us share our love for food with others!
