When checking out, please ensure that you pick the correct date and time.

Once checked out an email with additional instructions will be sent over.

When you arrive for your pick-up, please show the staff your confirmation email and provide your name.

In the event you are running late for the pick-up time please arrive before the the cafe partners close/ our pop-up closes. If. you are running behind please try to let our team know at 647-360-5471.

If you fail to arrive past the pick-up day window, it is considered that your order will be forfeited. We will try our best to accommodate however no refunds will be available if you cannot make your pick-up.

If you are running behind or are unable to make it for the pick-up, please consider the following option: 
- Have a friend/ family member pick up your box on your behalf. They must have the purchasers name, phone number, and order ID #.

Once cupcakes are picked up, we are not responsible for any spillages or damages.

To secure your order, all pre-order orders must be placed by Fridays at 1PM, or until sold out.

Please note pick-up isn't available every week as our team may be out at a pop-up or activation. Please check our website or Instagram to keep up to date with our schedule.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of the order being purchased.

Orders may be cancelled/ refunded if the purchase is made before Thursdays 5PM EST. of said week. Any purchases made after this is final sale.

Once cupcakes are picked up/ handed over to our drivers, we are not responsible for any spillages or damages.

We offer delivery across the GTA between 10AM – 6PM, with fees calculated based on distance. Orders of $150 or more qualify for free local delivery.

To secure your order, all delivery orders must be placed by Fridays at 1PM, or until sold out.

Orders are carefully packed before leaving our kitchen. However, once the order is handed to the delivery driver, Oven Theory is not responsible for damages during transit.

Our driver will drop off your order at the provided address. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order. If no one is present at the time of delivery, the order will be left at the door and the customer assumes responsibility for the items.

We take all major card payments. This includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Interac

Are refunds and cancellations available?

Delivery is now available on weekends!

Before checking out please check our delivery policy.

All of our cupcakes are good for at least 4- 5 days in the fridge in an air tight container.

If an air tight container is unavailable, wrap the box in a plastic bag in the fridge.

For optimal taste, take the cupcakes out of the fridge 1 - 2 hour before consuming. This is to allow the buttercream and cake to soften up. Please ensure your setting the cupcakes to room temperature inside a container to avoid the cake from drying out.

When travelling, place the cupcake box on a flat surace in a cool temperatured car.

Avoid storage in direct sunlight and hot temperatures to avoid melting sauces, buttercream, and decorations.

We currently do not offer any gluten-friendly and allergy friendly options as we currently work out or a shared kitchen.

We're hoping in the future once we open our store we can explore more varieties in our menu.

We currently do not have a physical location as we only operate our of a shared kitchen.

We do offer pre-orders, pick-ups, delivery, and catering (offices, weddings, and more).
